Privacy Policy
Your conversations are private, used only for the reports you request, and remain under your control.
What we process
We process your uploaded WhatsApp or iMessage export, participant names, account email, report settings and payment records only to provide the service, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations.
Automatic deletion
Uploaded conversations are deleted within 48 hours if you do not create a report, and within seven days of your most recent report. You can delete a conversation or report sooner from your account.
AI processing
Only the transcript needed for your requested analysis is sent to the configured AI provider. Conversations are not used to train our own models or sold to advertisers.
Processors
The service uses Cloudflare for application hosting, database and private object storage; KIE for report generation; Stripe for payment; and Cloudflare Email for verification and delivery.
Your rights
You may access or delete your account and reports. For privacy questions or deletion requests, email support@whatbrandonthinks.org.
